NC130-I is a high configured hose crimping machine, it has the ability of crimping high pressure
stainless steel braided hydraulic hose, cable and wires, steel and iron tubes, brake lines in automotive
system, air suspension or springs.
♦ How to choose a suitable hose crimping machine?
1) Control system
There are 2 control systems of all hose crimping machine, MS or UC control. MS is mechnical system which using a micrometer to control the crimping diameter and manually control the crimping progress; UC is a PLC control system, using a micro computer control the whole system, including crimping diameter, crimping time, it is a modern device, so price is higher.
2) Crimping size
Hose crimping machine is seperated based on the maximum hose it can crimp, so there is 2 inch crimper, 3 inch crimper, 4 inch crimper, 6 inch crimper, etc.
3) Die changing way
Die sets can be changed manually one by one, or can be changed at one time with a quick change tool.
4) Material or spares quality also influence the price and cafiguration of the hose crimper.
