DESCRIPTION
MS-38 hose crimper is for hydraulic high pressure hose from 1/4'' to 2'' crimping, it comes with 10 die sets and a mold change fork, automatic lubricating of the whole hydraulic system makes it easy and low cost in regarding the maintenance.

MS-38 have been widely used in hydraulic hose assembly crimping, cable and wire rope pressing,
tube swaging, car automotive components jointing, etc.

WHAT TOOLS NEED FOR HOSE ASSEMBLY CRIMPING?
► A cutting machine for cutting the rubber hose to needed length. (Sometimes a cleaning machine
will be made for cleaning the hose inner part)

► A rubber layer stripping machine for skiving the out or inner rubber layer, so the hose can be well
connected with the ferrule and fitting stem.

► A crimping machine for jointing the hydraulic hose, hose fitting stem and hose ferrule together,
to get a hose assembly.

► A pressure test machine for teasting the pressure that the hose assembly can bear, so to confirm
if it is a quality products.
