The QC-Tool system allows fast and easy die change for all our hose crimping machine models. Once a crimping head is fully closed, the QC-Tool is inserted i nto the die set. As the crimping head is opened, the die set remains on the tool and is then stored as a complete set. The next set of dies is loaded onto the tool and into the machine in the same way.
