DESCRIPTION
MS-E130 hose crimper is export type hydraulic hose crimping machine with fabricating ability for flexible rubber hose and pipe from 1/4 to 2 inch 4 layers or even 6 layers high pressure cables. It is the ideal choice for big production hose assembly crimping and making.
This hose swaging tool is with standard 10 sets high hardness dies. These standard crimping dies are designed specially for stainless steel braided hose pressing, if you need to press a air conditioner hose or brake hose, you need to contact to get customized die sets with tooth.

The hose crimper MS-E130 is with high surface hardness hydraulic cylinder, it has the advantage of good anti wear and dust ability, long service time for users to swaging different size hose and fitting with ferrules.
► 10 SETS DIES FOR CRIMPING PRESSURE FLEXIBLE HOSE
The die sets are with suitable hardness from 59HRC-63HRC, capable of crimping hydraulic hose up to 2 inch 4SH, but not easy broken during using, so have a long life. The standard pressing die sets do not have teeth, so if need to press toothy on the ferrule surface, a customized die sets will be needed.
► FINN POWER DIAL
The vernier dial is used for adjust the crimping diameter of the die sets. MS-E130 hose crimper is with high accuracy dial up to 0.01mm, it can work with stable performance, and a finn power dial an ideal choice for work piece which has a accuracy request.

► HOW TO USE E130 HYDRAULIC HOSE CRIMPING MACHINE?
When you receive the hose crimping machine, first you need to confirm if the machine voltage corresponding with your voltage.
• Then you can start testing and using the machine.
1) Add hydraulic oil T46 about 50L;
2) Connecting electric, turn on the switch to check if wire connecting is right;
3) Closing and opening the head 10 times to free the air from the head;
4) Choosing proper die sets;
5) Adjust the dial to proper scale;
6) Put assembled hose to the head and do crimping;
7) Test if the diameter is correct.
