10 Sets Dies for Crimping Pressure Flexible Hose
The die sets feature suitable hardness from 59HRC-63HRC, capable of crimping hydraulic hose up to 2 inch 4SH, while maintaining durability and long service life. Standard pressing die sets do not have teeth - customized sets are available for toothed ferrule surfaces.
Finn Power Dial
The vernier dial is used for adjusting the crimping diameter of the die sets. MS-E130 hose crimper features high accuracy dial up to 0.01mm, providing stable performance and ideal for work pieces requiring precision accuracy.

Operation Instructions
When you receive the hose crimping machine, first confirm if the machine voltage corresponds with your voltage, then proceed with testing and operation.
- Add hydraulic oil T46 about 50L
- Connect electric, turn on the switch to check if wire connecting is correct
- Close and open the head 10 times to remove air from the head
- Choose proper die sets
- Adjust the dial to proper scale
- Put assembled hose to the head and perform crimping
- Test if the diameter is correct
