DESCRIPTION
MS-51CG high pressure cable crimping machine is a the third generation among the domestic hose crimper types. It provide maximum 500T crimping force, can be worked automatically or manually depends on different need. Foot pedal can make the hand free during crimping the rubber hose and fittings.
This vertical hydraulic crimper is designed for rubber hose with 4 layers or 6 layers steel wire braided or spiraled from 6mm to 51mm. There is a die sets box for storage the standard 10 sets dies, will make the crimping for hose assembly more easy and more convenient.

51CG hose crimping machine is with human design panel, buttons are with different color to distinguish very easy. There are two operate mode: automatic crimping and semi-sutomatic crimping, these two mode can be free change with the switch, very convenient. The close mould button is for closing the mould during hose crimping to press the ferrule with rubber hose together. The open mould button is for opening the die sets when reach to the settled crimping diameter.
► DIE SETS
This pipe pressing machine supplies 15mm to 63mm die sets for rubber hose from 1/4'' to 2'', all the crimping die sets are with high hardness, can have a long service time.
► FOOT PEDAL
The advantage of the foot pedal during hose swaging work is it can free hands for taking or holding big size hose, to make it more convenient; The foot pedal 51CG supplies is with double usage, both closing and opening the master die function.
► OEM SERVICE
If blue is not the color you want, you can contact ask for different color, like yellow, red, orange, etc. The hose crimper machine structure or crimping die sets length, diameter and shape can also be customized according to your need.
