Multifunctional Operation Panel
The 51CG features an ergonomically designed control panel with color-coded buttons for easy identification. Operators can freely switch between automatic crimping and semi-automatic modes using the mode selector switch. The close mold button secures the ferrule with the rubber hose, while the open mold button releases the die sets upon reaching the preset crimping diameter.
High-Quality Die Sets
This pipe pressing machine includes 15mm to 63mm die sets for rubber hoses ranging from 1/4" to 2". All crimping die sets feature high hardness construction for extended service life.
Hands-Free Foot Pedal Operation
The included foot pedal enables hands-free operation, allowing operators to handle large hoses more conveniently. The dual-function foot pedal controls both closing and opening of the master die.
Custom OEM Services
Available in various colors including yellow, red, orange, and more. The hose crimper machine structure, crimping die sets length, diameter, and shape can be customized to meet specific requirements.
