Operation Instructions
Upon receiving your hose crimping machine, verify the motor voltage matches your requirements. Follow these steps for proper setup and operation:
Important: New machines are shipped without hydraulic oil.
- Add approximately 50L of T46 hydraulic oil
- Connect electrical power and verify correct wiring connections
- Cycle the crimping head open and closed 10 times to remove air from the system
- Select appropriate die sets for your application
- Adjust the dial to the proper crimping scale
- Position assembled hose in the crimping head and perform crimping operation
- Verify crimped diameter meets specifications
