51HMS is hose cutting machine which also have fucntion of hose rubber stripping. It is an essential device for hose assembly making before crimping. Cutting is to cut the hose to the needed length for hydraulic system connecting, skiving is to strip the inner or out rubber layer, so that the stainless steel braided hose can be connect well with ferrule and fittings.
